- Within 14-calendar day after delivery
- A 100% refund on store credit on frame value or exchange of equal or lesser value. ( note that the refund does not include the cost of any shipping )
- A US$15 frame re-stocking fee will be charged for cash refund ( cash refund may only be made to your original payment account and the refund does not include the cost of any shipping
- For cash refund , store credit or exchange on prescription glasses, 50% of the purchase price of lenses shown on the invoice or US$50 will be charged for every returned item that was purchased with the Free Lenses Promotion
- Each item may be returned a single time , within 14 days after its delivery
- All returned items must be undamaged and unused ( with Glasses Gallery tag attached to the frames ) , in their original and merchantable condition and their original packaging
- Store Credit could only be used for once and valid for 3 months from the date granted and is non-refundable , non-exchangeable.
- Contact our customer service at email@example.com , we will provide you a prepaid return shipping label. NO shipping charges will be applied for returning the purchased items to Glasses Gallery for exchange or return.
- Allow up to 30 days from when we receive the item for the credit to appear in your account.
- To ship back the exchanged items ( including store credit ) from Glasses Gallery to customer , customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
EYEGLASSES MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
All frames have a 365-day manufacturerâ€™s warranty or if lenses are deemed by the manufacturer to be defective.
In any event that
- Accidental break your frame
- Damage from normal wear and tear
- Prescription changes
after the initial 14 days following delivery and within one year of your purchase, we will gladly provide you with a 50% store credit towards another pair of eyeglasses. Your store credit will be in the amount of 50% of the amount paid for the item; this does not include the shipping cost.
Please note it is the customer's responsibility to return the glasses and provide us with the return shipping tracking information. Furthermore, a picture of the damage to the item is required for the warranty to be activated.
How to exchange or return glasses
- Fill out the return merchandise authorization form (RMA form) that is included in our shipment and email it back to our Customer Support Office at firstname.lastname@example.org
- The RMA number, found on top of your RMA form, must be written on the outside of the package. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted.
- A member of our customer support team will return your email upon receipt of your exchanges or returns request, and follow up the process with confirmation of acceptance or denial.
- You are required to provide us with a tracking number for your returned item(s).
- Products returned for exchanges or returns must be undamaged and unused (with Glasses Gallery tag attached to the frames) and in the resalable packaging provided with them (no open packages).
- Exchanges and returns will only be processed once the returned item(s) is (/are) received back in our facilities.
- Cost of shipping of your purchases, as well as duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
- Glasses Gallery will provide return shipping via DHL at no extra cost to the customer.
- In case your request for exchanges or returns has been denied, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to have your returned package sent back to the shipping address you provided.
- We may refuse to accept future orders from those who have made previous unsubstantiated claims for non-delivery of goods.
- Exchanges and returns can only be processed within the first 14 calendar days of receiving the original item.
- All warranty credit is non-refundable.
